    I needed 2 outlets installed in 2 of my dental surgery rooms. They installed 2 outlets and we had 2 large flat screen tv's mounted and a line run to hook up to the computer and laptop. They also replaced another outlet that kept tripping in another area. They were very professional and I had no concerns at all with the guys working here while the office was closed. His pricing was very reasonable. I will defiantly call them again for electrical fixes at my place of business or my home.

    UPDATE #2: The bad review is not because you didn't take the job. It's due to you being unprofessional and completing ignoring our calls, emails, and texts. If you weren't interested and had "a bad feeling", a simple text, email, or call back would've sufficed. To this day, you still have not reached out. You've only responded to the review. Any contractor has the right to not accept the job but good, professional businesses will let you know whether or not they're interested as opposed to completely ignoring you, such as what your company did. Perhaps next time you bail on someone, you'll have the common courtesy to inform them instead of ignoring them. UPDATE: Rather than call our company and explain, John never responded at all. This is the first time I've heard from him since. After visiting the property, he called saying it would need a lot of work but it's something he could handle and he'd have estimate to me later that week. Then he proceeded to ignore us for 2 weeks and only responded due to the review. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism and highly recommend anyone to stay away. I spoke with John and seemed to be a very nice guy. He agreed to meet an agent at the property early last week. He then called and explained that walkthrough went well and would have estimate to me later that week. I haven't heard back since despite numerous texts, phone calls, and emails. When I call the office, all they can do is take messages. Left us completely hanging and now have to find another electrician to meet our agent out here again. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

    UPDATE: As stated before. It was in the best interest of our company not to do this project. There were far more issues wrong with the property than you were aware of. Just because a company chooses not to quote a project, that doesn’t deserve a bad review. But that is your choice. I understand your frustration because the agent let is know we were not the first contractor he had met on site and hadn’t quoted project. If we had taken on this job it would have been vandalized again and again during the project. All of the wire had been cut and removed from under the house. And the back door had been kicked in since the agent had last been there. I could tell in my conversation with him he had problem after problem with this property. We spent a few hours looking at this job. You had a couple phone calls. You also were expecting us to do your job for you. You asked that we take all new pictures before we quoted the job and create a scope of work and provide a scope for the same. This review simply shows we made the the right decision on this project. —————————————— After several phone calls back and forth. Visiting the job about 45 minutes away. Seeing the job for myself and not by a few pictures, we decided in the best interest of our company not to quote the job. Upon meeting the bank rep there he could see that the house had been vandalized again since he had been out there. This property is out in the middle of no where and would continue to be vandalized if we were to accept the job. What you were asking to be done without visiting the property for yourself is virtually impossible. We did communicate about the project and we did spend about 3 hours visiting the property in total. If you visited the property for yourself, and were an electrical contractor, you would make the same decision as we did. There were just too many red flags Thank you anyway.

    John Barnes Electric came out to my place of Business, Jammy Mitchell Auto Sales because I was having a higher than normal electric bill. Once he arrived, he made a few suggestions and ran a few tests and we came to the conclusion that we should switch all of my light fixtures over to LED'S. By doing so, not only did we cut the price of the light bill in half, we also reduced the amount of fixtures by half!(The lights are much brighter too!) His crew was in and out of here in just a few hours , not to mention the cost was very reasonable! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN BARNES FOR ALL OF YOUR ELECTRICAL NEEDS!
