  I have been coming here for a while. Had a great engine change for my dodge here. But 6 months ago when I took my GMC Terrain for a transmission change and oil change, things when a bit south. Transmission was done successful, but the tiptronic didn’t work, but not biggie so I didn’t complain. Right after the transmission change, I had a transmission leak in the transmission lines so I had to come again and pay for it. I also checked the oil and they never changed it. I would give them 5 stars for the engine change but the last time I came is 1 star for the transmission change so I think 3 is fair. I think it is a still great place to come.

  Have been coming here for a few years for oil changes and inspections. Their prices are great, very competitive. Cheaper than any other place I’ve gone to in the past. Their quality is also better than any other place I’ve been to. They’re always fast and professional. I had an issue a while back with my stereo… they fixed it without charging me anything, said it just got locked after I changed my battery and needed a code to be entered. I’m pretty sure they at least had to call some other place to get this code. They could have charged me $20 for “fixing” this and I would never have questioned it. They also gave me the code in case I ever needed it again and wouldn’t have to go to them for it, which again they could have charged me $20 for each time. Automotive industry doesn’t always have the best rep, but I definitely trust this place. They were also very understanding when I had missed 2 appointments and didn’t charge me for that either.

  Would not pass my brakes or rear turn signals for inspection in November, so me, knowing I just got brakes and rotors in September, decided to decline their servicing and inspection and go elsewhere, where I informed the different garage of the issues Karch told me of, they told me that those were not real issues and that my car should’ve passed, and that they just wanted money off of me. Glad I chose to go elsewhere. If you’re a girl, be sure you know about your car or else they’ll try and milk you for your money!
