  Casey arrived on time and delivered such an amazing customer experience. We needed our breaker box upgraded along with outdoor outlets and he made it happen in ample time. We will be using his services for the remainder of our upgrades as we move along and highly recommend him for anyone with electrical needs.

  Casey installed a new panel, removed the old glass fuse box, and installed a new dedicated circuit for my microwave. He was very responsive in coming out to do the initial quote and with the install! I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get electrical work done in the area!

  First, the good. I hired Casey to install several outdoor outlets and he was professional, prompt, and courteous, and I fully intended to hire him again. The not so good, and why I cannot recommend unless this is somehow a glaring misunderstanding, is that since that job I have reached out repeatedly via phone and email over the course of a couple months, leaving voice-mails and messages that are not responded to in any fashion. This is using the same phone and email details that I'd used successfully to setup the first job, and found via the Kitsap Electric website. I'm not sure why my attempts to contact aren't returned (and I'd hope if there was an issue with me I'd at least be told that), but as a customer I expect more from an electrician who I'll need for both ongoing service and new jobs.
