Josh is the best!  Needed to get my power jack repaired (Bought laptop new less than 3 years ago).  Went to Best Buy first, they said they would have to send it out, and since power jack was directly connected to the motherboard, it would take literally months and cost over $300.  Booked appointment with Josh, dropped off laptop, less than 2 hours later he was finished.  Total cost $87, and that included another power cord.  Cannot recommend Laptop Liberators enough!!!

This business has been there more for me on more occasions than my birthmark.
They've helped me out with phones, PCs, laptops and E-Waste services.

I always deal with somebody face-to-face and they're prices are unbeatable.
To be blunt, their prices are skeptically low. But the work has always been quality and quick.

I had a very good experience with replacing my battery. While I was attempting to replace the battery myself, I tried to unscrew the backing with a flathead screwdriver, while it actually needed a star-shaped head. This resulted in me getting all but two screws out, which were badly stripped. I reluctantly took my laptop to a repair shop, not wanting to mess with drilling it out and possibly destroying my whole laptop. Thankfully, he was able to drill out those screws and replace my provided battery in one hour for a very good price. It was a little confusing getting to his apartment, but you can always text him!

I was in need of someone to fix not only my son's dead gaming computer but a small collection of Kindle tablets.  Josh was amazing. He  replaced the power supply and mother board in my son's desk top.  He searched for good quality replacement parts at a great price.  It now runs like it was brand new.  Josh then fixed 3 Kindle tablets. 7" Kindle needed a new charging port, 8" Kindle needed to new charging port and battery, and the 10" Kindle needed a new charging port. For less than the coat of replacing one of the small Kindle tablets he fixed all 3 and they are working great.  He is also fast. Had the desk top fixed in less than 72 hours and the tablets were fixed within a week. Highly recommend.

Josh was very nice.  My laptop cursor would move but not click.  He had it fixed in less than a hour and was $60.  Very happy thanks Josh.

Josh is so professional, fast, and patient! My laptop's hinges were badly broken, but he helped me to fix it in a very short time. And the price is much cheaper than other repair store. Dropped my laptop on my first week of classes and had a pretty sizable bend in the chassis for the display. While at first I was a little hesitant of Laptop Liberators due to the location I was quickly proven wrong. The owner was professional, worked incredibly quickly as he knew I was on a little bit of a time crunch and did a fantastic job repairing my laptop. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to repair their laptop.

I'll admit: I was a little nervous to take my tablet to this shop. I have a wacom cintiq companion 1 that befell the fated charging port issue. I've had other hardware shops work on it, but it wasn't satisfactory and quickly broke once more. Now, my tablet is absolutely in peak condition. I can use the touch again and charge it - it's like new. I LOVE the work he's done, and I will happily bring future electronic devices back

Real friendly and helpful. I had a golf course reel mower battery that would hold a charge. After 2 days or rewiring and fixing "custom wiring" i still wasn't getting the right reading he help me test my diode boards over the phone. They were bad. He said he could remap them. In and out in 30 min. Mower charged fine between my work and his remapping. Saved over $60 on ordering 2 new ones.

The workers at BestBuy told me I'd be waiting 5-7 weeks for a laptop repair, and they said the cost would be anywhere from  $400-$600. Laptop Liberators fixed the separated glass screen and loose hinge on my laptop for $60 in less than one day. I almost spent a month of rent, and weeks without a laptop (very scary as a graduate student), but thanks to this business I saved big!! Highly recommend.
