They went above and beyond.  It took much longer than they expected because of an unexpected complication, but they were able to resolve all the problems.  We are so appreciative to have the plugs to our dishwasher and fridge fixed.  And we will really enjoy our outdoor lighting on our patio!

1st visit was to install whole house surge protector. I liked them so much hired them again to update some lights in our media room. Repeat customer for sure! I like how the technicians are courteous and respectful. Another perk is I get texts when the technician is on his way and electronic invoices.

The Passion Electric team was excellent! Very knowledgeable, great communication and a pleasure to work with. David Lane and the other electrician went above and beyond for this project - installing additional service in our electrical panel and installing multiple switches and outlets to power our outdoor television, patio lighting, hot tub and fans on our pergola. Looks great and works great! We love it!  Thank you!

I am so glad I went with Passion Electric, with Oklahoma high winds,  I've had two warranty unrelated issues and they were immediately responsive. Further, Shevon's frank honesty and integrity has given me so much comfort, and with a $70 service call, I certainly see myself choosing them again in the future. WTG gentlemen!!

Shevon was great. He identified a bigger issue and handled it professionally. They were able to get an associate out within an hour to help. Final work won't be done until this wednesday, but we have confidance from our inspection appt.

They responded quickly to come out and give me an estimate. They were flexible and worked with me on the price. Friendly, polite, and courteous! The team was scheduled for a day and a half to complete the job of replacing our breaker box, adding 200amp service, grounding our house, plus a couple other outlet installations in the garage. They completed it in one day, even staying late to adjust something I had miscommunicated and make it right.

David Lane was the technician that did the electrical work for us and he did an outstanding job. Not only did he listen to what our goal was but he made suggestions from his readily apparent experience and knowledge. We ended up with a solution that exceeded our expectations, made in a timely way by a professional. He left the job site clean and neat. I would highly recommend him and Passion Electric. Prior to this experience I did not know him or anyone else related to Passion so this is an unbiased opinion of them based solely on their performance.
