I am very grateful for the Magnificent Attention that they gave me in this Place. I don't understand much English and despite that, Mrs. Eileen Webster made her effort to listen to me, understand me and mainly help me. I am very grateful to her, she is an excellent person. People like her make this place the best and most efficient

Notice that office managment hasnt addressed these negative comments and experiences by citizens, its because they only care about receiving that government check and not actually doing their job ensuring citizens are being taken care of. I called and asked why I needed to come in person after doing an online application, the woman said its the law.......I asked what law required in person applications after the online application. She told me to hold, then immediately slammed the phone and hung up. I could hear the phone slamming on the receiver. This is after I waited 11 minutes just to speak to someone. If she worked private sector with that type of customer service she would be fired. Unfortunately government workers are never fired for their miss-behavior towards citizens. We need to start making some changes.

Our Engineer and our Contractor filed building permits for stucco and concrete/rebar repairs in mid June. It is mid November and they STILL are not approved! We call and call, but are told all permits have to go thru Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire departments, regardless if involved in the permit or not! They were rejected in August, and both the Engineer and the Contractor filed immediate information in response the same week. They STILL are “in review”! Our contractor is at a standstill! Can’t do anymore work til approved, and 2 units have been without lanai screen frames which is a DEFINITE safety hazard! This unreasonable delay is costing the contractor, as they can not be paid until work completes, and yet we have no recourse. This situation is unacceptable!
