I would use this company as my goto electrician for anything i need completed. They always answered any questions i had. They installed my lift and chandelier as well my wall sconces. I also had outside outlets and extra basement outlets installed. The guys cleaned up any leftover mess and stood behind there work 100%. I would always recommend them to someone looking to get electrical work done and they offer a fair price unlike a few other companies. Definite A+++. Thank you...

I had an appointment scheduled a month ahead of time, for an electrician to come out and give me a quote. I had request off of work for this since they don’t work past 5. They never showed up. They didn’t call, email or anything. I talked to the receptionist (who sounds like she hates life) and all she could tell me was that I was on the schedule. I gave up. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.EDIT- The appt was made a month prior to the actual date. The receptionist said that I could pay cash at the time of service and I did not receive an email for payment (even in my junk/spam folder). I was NOT told that payment was required in advance. All information that I received was from your receptionist.

Hello Ms. Balliet. I see that you reached out via email to schedule an appointment on October 20th, 8 days ago (not a month). I do not see that you every paid your $65 estimate fee which was forwarded to your email ([email protected]) on October 21st. The receptionist (the one you assume hates her life) should have explained the estimate fee to you. Our booking system will not allow us to confirm an appointment unless your estimate fee is paid before the day of your appointment. Therefore, you never received any confirmation of your appointment because the system would not accept it. It sounds like there was a miscommunication or perhaps you had a problem with your invoice and did not reach out to us to let us know. I also am not sure where you received your information about our hours as we do work past 5pm. If you would like to contact us directly so that we can sort this out for you please contact me at [email protected] and/or my direct line at 856-870-9212 and I can get you an appointment and can waive the fee due to the previous miscommunication. I called at least 10 companies … the ONLY company to come… I miss placed it in hour and 15 minutes from me and they still came!!!Rashawn was excellent and Michele for responding so Quickly!
