  Fantastic customer service. They had an electrician available within 30 minutes to help solve a major electrical issue in my home. They quickly diagnosed the problem and we're also able to get in touch with West Penn Power to help resolve the issue.   highly recommend these guys! i was able to get on the phone with an experienced electrician who troubleshooted my problem and helped me figure out a reasonable fix that ended up saving me money. then they came out and got the work done with professionalism and courtesy. great job bob and dean!
