  I inquired about an estimate. Right away I was told they are too busy & don’t have time to give free estimates. The woman on the phone, that claimed to be the manager, was extremely rude. When I commented on their customer service she stated how they are the best in the PeeDee. Well you won’t be for long w/ TERRIBLE customer service & turning away new customers.

  Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to set up service until bthe gentleman came out to do the work. The gentleman did excellent work in a timely manner and he explained what he was doing as he did it. I would refer this company to anyone looking to get work done.

  I got a very quick call back after leaving my information. The man I spoke with even called me back a second time over a concern about the setup I'd be going with. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer. We had other issues arise at home and haven't had them come out yet, but just based off the call I know their service will be exactly what we are looking for.
