  PRAISE GOD!!!!!!! This is the most straight forward, honest, reliable Automotive Repair shop on the East Coast! The employees are knowledgeable and extraordinarily courteous! I have been using them for my Automotive Care for over 20 years.

  I’ve been looking for a place to trust with caring for my 2012 Prius V and I think I’ve found it! The office was super clean and the lady at the desk was polite, friendly and professional. I called before coming in to be sure wether I needed an appointment or not. Turns out for most service you do but they welcome walk ins for just oil changes. I got there when they opened at 7:30am and waited about 45 min or so while they completed the oil change. Not long at all. Overall I felt I and my car were well taken care of. I’ll definitely return for all my future needs with this car. Thanks for such a pleasant experience!

  Frazier and the techs at Woodard have restored my trust in auto repair shops. I went in with a check engine light, knowing that my Equinox was not running right. They gave me an honest estimate of the parts and cost and were able to fix the problem with little hassle. They also were able to diagnose a separate, but more serious issue I was having. Although they could not fix it (due to a shortage of parts and on long term backorder), Frazier took the extra effort to try to find the parts new (out of stock) or used to get me back on the road. When that wasn't possible with a quality part, he found someone (at another shop) who could rebuild what I needed for a lower cost and better quality than using something used. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing honest, upfront automotive repair. Thank you, Frazier! You've made me into a repeat customer for any oil changes and maintenance I need going forward. I will be telling anyone I know that they should go to Woodards.
