  Have known the owner for a long time. Have used them at Sign Connection for various electrical work and have never had an issue. Will use them indefinitely. Thanks for always being a company of integrity.

  This company was sent by Lowes to fix my microwave. I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty. The technician was polite and got it working again. At some point during the hour and 37 minutes he was there, the door vaneer got a small crack approximately 1 inch long. I didn't see it until about 40 minutes after he left. I immediately called to report. Sent photo of damage. Never heard anything back. After 2 days, I had to call them back to see if they had even got the photo. I was then told that since I signed a release before the tech left, that it was now my problem. Very poor customer service! Do not use this company. They never even planned on calling me back about the damage. It's all been reported to Lowes. Have videos of entire service call posted on YouTube.

  Great company with great moral, and ethical people. I have used them many times in the past for industrial electrical and control panel building, and they have never been anything but fair and honest!
