  I moved here in 2012, I had to pay $475 deposit. I had fairly good credit, but still had to pay, they did not send me a check in the mail, to return deposit after two years, they just took it off the bill for a few months. So I'm like OK. and every year our bill triples in the winter months. We don't even have electric heat, two old people live here. I do everything with them online now, because of how rude the people were in the office. I give them a three star because they are good about getting our electricity back on really fast, when power outages. I have been with Co-op's before, but never one like this.

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After reading these reviews I believe every one of them because I have experienced the same thing. The girls at the front desk or whoever answers the phone is very rude. I’ve even had to call a different office to get better customer service and whether the guy was pretending he pretended very well because he was super nice and also agreed that they have been getting multiple complaints at the office and would never recommend this company and I am glad I have moved thank God !!!! Haven’t got my deposit yet and it has been over 35 days next will be looking into talking with court if it does not come soon ! Oh and I am almost willing to bet the positive 5 star reviews lol is from a person who works there

  Unfortunately Ive been with this company over 11 years and the only way to change it is to move which i will as soon as i am able. This is the worst electric company i have ever had to deal with. They charged me $450 deposit and didnt take into account my excellent record with previous electric companies. I have always paid my bills on time until covid. I was late for the first time and they shut off my power without any advance warning. I am a senior citizen and my 9 month old grandson and his mother lives with me. Their prices are 4 times what i have paid with any other electric company from the start. They are ruthless and cruel.
