  2 years ago Mac's installed a new hvac system and added ductwork to include our second story which did not originally have central heat or air up there. The service was excellent; however, the furnace stopped working this January. Mark the owner responded the same day and diagnosed the problem as the control board. 1 month ago he claimed to have the part and would be out that Sunday to fix it, he never came. Fast forward to this week and I was told by the owner that someone would be out that day (Monday) to fix it. No one showed up. Called back on Wednesday and was told the same yet no one came. Today (Thursday)They are back again to not answering my calls and I feel I have wasted this week- I am a teacher on spring break- sitting around my house waiting to have my unit fixed. I will not be using this company again as I am very disappointed and believe I have been lied to and given a run around. At this point I am willing to pay more and have my unit fixed then pay less and have to wait forever. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

  So this owner lies, gives you the run around, promises things they NEVER DELIVERED ON! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, save yourself the headache and drama of dealing with this company. The biggest problem is they will tell you want to hear and never DELIVER! Less than a year ago we paid to have everything replaced by this company they took the money and ran, leaving us with huge electricity bills, trash and drama and we haven't been able to be comfortable in our home since! They didn't register the unit they installed which also cut our warranty in half. Oh and to use the warranty, labor is only covered if you use the company that installed the product. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY! Oh and now I have to edit this review bc A- I WISH I COULD RESPOND TO ANY OF THD So CALLED 5 STAR REVIEWS, AND B- found out most of the 5 star reviews are FAKE! THIS COMPANY LIES TAKES YOUR MONEY AND LEAVES YOU SITTING IN THE HEAT IF ITS SUMMER OR COLD IN THE WINTER. ALS TO GET COPIES OF CONTRACTS, OH WAIT THEY DON'T PROVIDE THAT HERE EITHER! HMMMM

  Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!!! In January We had just bought our house when realizing the furnace does not work. We contacted this company who said they could come out and look at it. We explain the furnace is not work at all and we had no other heat source. The guy said he would be out the following day and never showed. We called again to find out what happened he told us he got busy and he would come out that day around noon. He showed up about 7:30 PM. We was A little irritated he had shown up so late but at the same time we was just happy to have somebody there to fix our furnace. He told us what was wrong with it and said he could fix it for $750 which we paid. He was supposed to come back the next day. He said he could order the part from his warehouse and it would be delivered on the truck the next morning. After calling multiple times he showed up a week later. He finally came and “fixed the furnace“ which only worked for that evening. The next morning we woke up with it being 50° in the house. When we called him he said he would come back to fix it that day which he showed up several days later and this is with us calling multiple times again! He said he fixed it but once again within hours after leaving it quit working. He told us that we could get it to turn back on by flipping the switch off, unplugging this wire, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging the wire back in, flipping the switch back on. He said this would make the furnace come on. He told us he would be back in two days with another part to fix the furnace. AND once AGAIN He never showed up. On top of that are carbon monoxide alarms started going off and we had to completely turn off the furnace, shut the gas off to the furnace and call the fire department. We call this company AGAIN!!!!!! In which they promised AGAIN!!!!! They would be out to fix our furnace and they have never shown up!!!!!!!!!!!!
