  Unresponsive and disorganized. I went around in circles with this company for six weeks over a simple breaker replacement. I knew they were busy and that things are wild right now, and I told them repeatedly I didn't mind waiting as long as I knew exactly when they'd be coming. They refused to schedule me a set appointment date, instead promising to "fit me in", which never happened. I finally managed to find someone else who came out and fixed the problem the same day I called, after nearly two months with no hot water. It's a shame that Stewart seems to be the only business in the area that offers residential service calls. Jackson deserves better.

  I have left 3 voicemails with this company and called about 6 times. I have been told that the owner will get back to me soon twice over the past 3 weeks. Still waiting on ANY form of communication from them...

  Their work is good but I have called 4 times in two weeks and they do not call back. Very frustrating.
