You must use this company. I solicited seven AC contractors. Most of them were sales people. Billy with Maddox was the only one who calculated loads and verified the size of my AC. My broken one was actually oversized so I am confident now I got the right one. Delivery issues were delaying installation and Maddox got my AC working temporarily while we waited at no cost. Who does that? This outfit were professional, installation was awesome, and I am completely comfortable with the investment a new AC requires. They will not be the cheapest, but this is an AC that is supposed to last 15 years. I wanted to be absolutely confident in such a large expenditure. They are the best. You should absolutely use Maddox for your AC needs. No doubt.

Every aspect of purchasing our new heat pump was handled in a very professional manner...from the original meeting to the final installation and clean up. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the services provided by Maddox. The prices were very competitive, and we were able to have a top of the line Carrier system, too! The installers were very courteous, and kept us informed during the process. This is my second experience with Maddox...and I will continue to call them for service in the future! .
