  This joke of an electrical company they said they were coming out to my home and never showed up. I called them 6 different times and finally got through to someone named Steve who said he'd be right over. Needless to say the guy never showed and when I called to find out why Steve didn't show up Patty the office girl hung up on me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANYBODY BUT THESE GUYS!! No customer service, everyone had an attitude, I've never been treated so rudely before in my life.

  This is a joke of a review. This person was never a customer of MEC. He sold a bath tub remodel to a neighbor of mine and the bath company was supposed to take care of electrical. They called us to look at the job then told us what they were going to pay for the job so we told the bath company we were not going to do the job. The person working for the bath company call and cuss out our office manager on three different phones calls. So he thought he could bully us by writing a bad post. I would also this time to think all of our customers for 37 years of business.
