  Just got off the phone with this company. We had the electric go off in one of our bedrooms. I called to get someone to come repair as soon as possible. I spoke with Tom who asked me how soon I need it done. I told him as soon as possible as I have a renter living there. I responded, “oh. That would be a little too far out.” And he interrupted me with “thank you, bye.” And hung up on me.
