  I have had a really positive experience with Melissa and her store on Delaware. I've had a bad run of luck with tires over the last couple years, between an All Wheel Drive Car that always needs tires replaced in pairs, and teaching two kids to drive who can't seem to avoid pot holes... Melissa and her team honored the Monroe Tire Program and I only paid for replacement tires that were un-repairable. The team has always been able to get me in and out in a few hours as well. Thanks Melissa!

  Brought my car for an inspection and brakes, made a 9:30 am Sunday early morning appointment and left around 1pm, 4 hr. wait and had to return my car the next day because the brakes were still making noise. Manager had to reorder brakes, didn't have any in store the store was dirty, overflowing garbage can and very short staffed. My brakes are still making noise!!!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

  Muffler broke unexpectedly and I couldn’t take it to my usual mechanic. I was able to bring my car in here and have the work done the same day. They were honest and very upfront about the work which I appreciated greatly. I depend on my vehicle for work so to be able to have it fixed the very next morning means a great deal to me. Customer service was amazing and a big reason why I decided to have them do the work. I almost didn’t want to leave after my car was done because I was having so much fun just hanging out. I would definitely bring my car back and recommend this place to anyone.
