  They pull crews during bad weather and leave people without heat why they sit in their cozy homes enjoying their night off! I have never experienced such bad service from a power company in my life. If I had another option I would switch. I have and will continue to report this issues with the governing body over seeing this terrible company. They claim below that County plow trucks aren't out plowing. Well I've seen both our plowing tonight. It's time I look into solar and wind energy I my play and eliminate my use of McKenzie electrics service completely. It will take a little money, but at least I won't freeze to death and/or lose all my food un my refig and freezers. They give such a poor excuse!

  Hello Seth. Our line crew's are currently unable to get to outages. The county plows have been pulled and we are unable to get to the highways to reach the outages. We wish we could restore outages through the night, but it unsafe to do so at this time. We will continue to monitor the storm and restore outages as soon as it's safe to do so.
