  We had contacted Michael about our water heater. He came over that evening, which was great. He put in a used part (not the correct one), the water heater was already off by the time he left our driveway. He texted my husband the next day to see if he was home and then went completely dark. Never responded to another text or call again. HOWEVER, he did find the time to cash the check my husband had written him.

  We called Michael a week ago for quotes. He was the best educating us of our options. He met my wife at the house for a quote and today he installed the outlets outside, outlet in the closet, and flood light outside. Sincerely Sincerely think that he did a great job. Thank you Michael- Highly recommend.
