  I called Mike about our RV refrigerator not cooling properly. He immediately got to us and change the cooling coils and told us to let us know if that didn’t fix it then he would have a warranty issued for a whole new refrigerator. We talked to him and told him how nice it was that he did such a good job and how it was hard to find that. When the cooling coils did not fix refrigerator we called him back with no response. We have called several times with a continued no response. He will not even call us back. We also have another friend that we referred to him and he will not respond to our friend either. It is very upsetting to think that you found a quality business and to have it turn out like this is very disheartening. I am not impressed at all. And for him to tell me how much he tries in his business and to not even respond to us for the last two months is absolutely unprofessional and just plain out sorry. Don’t waste your time with this RV repair business!

  I called Mike one sfternoon for a plumbing issue with my 5th wheel. He was the 7th rv repair business I called and the ONLY one to answer my call AND come out the same day. My issue was simple and quick. He pulled off a job which I expect was much larger than mine, drove 40 minutes one way, just to come help me out. Very knowledgeable about his business and a super nice guy. He is the only rv service guy I will ever use again.

  While traveling to Modoc from Darlington, SC we had a large piece of interior trim above the slide fall off. We contacted Grand Design and they agreed to pay for a mobile repair if I could locate someone to come out. Thankfully we found Mike, he came out the day after we spoke. He was prompt arriving and did a very professional job and the price was very reasonable. He also checked the trim above the other slide out in our Solitude and found it to be loose, he secured them at no additional charge. A big THANK YOU to Mike! I highly recommend him.
