  Our AC was down and our repair service said we needed a new shielded cable installed from our AC unit clear up to the roof. Chas came out the next day and despite dated building electrical plans located the defective wire and restrung the proper shielded wire allowing our AC to be restored to running operation the next day.   tried to hire these guys and I couldn't even get the respect of a full conversation. I politely asked if they did commercial work and I was hung up on. A simple no would be more professional
