  It is rare to find an honest car repair shop these days but these guys are the best. They have always been super honest about any repair I need and the prices are great. I can't recommend Mitch's enough. Great family owned business! I drive all the way from S. Fort Myers because of their great service.

  This is the " GREATEST PLACE EVER " to take your car to get it repaired. This is coming from a person that was a mechanic for 13yrs. and a lead technician/ distinct manager for 9 Precision Tunes in Ohio. The mechanics are very good at what they do. They are willing to work outside if they have to, they are willing to stay over to get your car done, and they will tell you what they have done to the vehicle if you ask. The prices are fair and reasonable. And those service writers though, all I have to say is DAM!!! OH! Sorry I just had to put that out there. If I still turned wrenches for a living, this is the place that I would want to work at! I have taken several vehicles there and have left VERY HAPPY with the experience of the employees and the performance of my vehicles. I WOULD AND WILL recommend Mitch's Firestone to all my friends, family and even my enemies!! P.S. What happened to the Hot Rod magazines that were on the COOLEST TABLE EVER? They need to come back or just put Roadkill on the TV all the time.

  Terrible service. Took my daughter’s car for break service two months ago. For the past two weeks we kept hearing a loud squeak and the pedal had to be pressed all the way down. We took the car to a mechanic and he showed us that the break pads were installed installed on the wrong side of each tire and metallic breaks were installed instead of ceramic like it’s recommended manufacture. To make things even worse they said that the back breaks were good and they weren’t. Only one back break was operational. It does not seem as if the car was never tested after the work was completed.

I believe you may have the wrong automotive repair shop as we do not have any record of anyone under the name Oscar Alvarez in our system. We only sell what the manufacture recommends as that's what shows up for your vehicle. If you do believe this was our wrong doing, we are more than happy to take a look back over your vehicle and fix any issues we may have caused.
