  Well, I spoke with Mike, the proprietor, about some stuff I needed taken care of and a day or so later Curtis showed up to assess what needed to be completed. Curtis told me I'd be receiving an itemized quote via email the next day and would have the ability to look through various parts and choose the ones I wanted. What I received was nothing but a total price without any explanation of where that money was going. I emailed Curtis and asked for an itemized quote that would show me a breakdown of cost; he did this, but didn't show what items had been picked for each job (plate covers for outlets and switches, vents, thresholds, etc.). I again emailed Curtis and asked where the product list was and if he could email that to me as well. I received no response. I called his boss, left a voicemail, and was met again with no response. Sent another email - no response. EDIT: I spoke with Mike today who has done his best to rectify any issues set forth on the part of his newly hired employee. Curtis is no longer with the company.
