  My partner worked for Woof Handyman for about 6 months in 2021. Everything was going pretty well — they were happy with his work and impressed with his ability to help with clients. Repeat customers were requesting him. My partner began experiencing some health issues that ultimately resulted in an emergency appendectomy in August. After discussing the nature of his work with his doctor, the doctor advised taking at least two weeks off of work. After 1 week, Wayne insisted that he come back to work. Never requested a doctor’s note. My partner agreed to come back at this time on the condition that he be temporarily assigned to jobs not requiring heavy lifting or prolonged outdoor exposure (in August). The very first day he came back, Wayne had him on a job that required moving a heavy appliance. When my partner again reiterated his needs, instead Wayne fired him. Just wanted to share what our experience with this company has been.

  Emily, it is unfortunate that 6 months after your partner was terminated from his position as a technician with Woof Handyman you have chosen to post this very negative review on our business profile. Your partner worked for us for only 6 months. He started off great, worked hard and did a good job. However, after about four months this began to change. He began to show up to jobs late, without calling. Customers would call in and ask us if we were coming. Then twice he did not show up at all for work. He did not call in and we could not get in touch with him. It caused us tremendous problems rescheduling other technicians to cover his jobs. Your partner repeatedly showing up late or not at all for work is why we terminated him. It is very important to us that we provide consistent/quality work for our clients. When an employee does not show up on time or at all, we can’t do that.

  Mike did a fantastic, timely job in repairing our drywall. All services were completed in less than an hour and executed professionally. I'll definitely use these services again when needed.

  Best company I ever had! They have passed my expectations. I loved their work so much and never have to worry about the cost. It was very convenient working with them especially that their staffs are very well-mannered. Very quick, professional, good service and great price!!
