This place almost makes it impossible to set up an account They do not go off of your credit and they want me to put a $500 plus dollar deposit They asked me to get a letter of credit from another utilities provider Once submitted they said it would have to be a letter of credit from another electric company I have perfect credit and have never had to do what they are asking in the 20 years I have been paying bills I would definitely use another electric provider if possible Very unhappy with the service at this company
