They are professional, transparent, and, unlike many other appliance repair companies I spoke to, made no fuss about working on an italian range. The tech performed a quick inspection and told me upfront how much it cost for the service. Very happy with them!

This required two visits & has been a chronic problem where the oven does not light with gas consistently. Professional & courteous and on time repairman assessed and problem solved the issue in 20 minutes & ordered the part. Second visit: failure to install as parts arrived without instructions for installation. Third visit: quickly installed by Ryan. Great job!
