My electric went out, in early January. The interior temp of my home quickly dropped to the 40's, and was still going down. I could not get any other electrician to put me on their schedule for within a week. Mr Electric had great phone staff, and they queued me up. The electrician (I am almost positive his name was Jeremy) arrived within an hour. He was very transparent and communicative regarding the work he would be doing and the prices, he was also very nice. Our mains were actually frying, with visible smoke damage. He got it repaired pretty quickly (approx 1 hour). The prices were very reasonable, especially for him to come out without notice (and wayyy cheaper than rebuilding from a fire).

The service was done in a timely manner and the technicians were courteous and efficient. Nick and Ben worked very well together and they did not need a second day to finish. We are very happy with the new light fixtures and the upgrade to the electrical panel. The technicians also made suggestions to make the outdoor wiring safer. Ben came back the next day to pick up a stray tool and asked if everything was satisfactory. There were a few minor details he took care of immediately. We will definitely think of Mr Electric for any future electrical needs. The only complaint my husband had was his phone call for further explanation of the estimate was not returned and he had to call again. After he spoke to a manager, he was satisfied with the estimate, but he had to take that extra step.

While searching for an electrician, I found Mr. Electric’s detailed, user-friendly website; made an online request for service at 8 pm on Thursday night; received a call back within 10 minutes; and had an appointment scheduled for the following morning at 8:00 am. Master Electrician Ryan arrived on schedule; did a thorough analysis of several electrical issues; discussed resolution options; provided exact reasonable cost estimates for work required; and with my approval, completed installation of a new breaker panel and four light fixtures by 5 pm. Friday evening. In less than 24 hours, Mr. Electric more than lived up to their promise of courteous, responsible service in every regard. I am very happy with the job; have already recommended them to several friends; and will most certainly use their services again in the future.
