      My roommate had her parents over for the first time and all her lights went out downstairs so I called John at 11pm in a panic (cause they needed lights) and even though it was Friday night, he came out to help and got the lights back on for us in no time! He found a fuse that blew and we didn't have a new one laying around but he somehow found a spare one that wasn't being used in another fuse box and installed that for us. He sacrificed a Friday night helping us out so I was really greatful for that and so were her parents!
