My GCFI went out over Christmas and I was scheduled for the 30th but they called on the 27th and got Bryan out to me. He was pleasant, answered all my questions, and replaced the outlet with ease. I would recommend.

Very rude company that is not customer centered. I got a quote from them. It had all items listed and a total. There was no amount next to each item. When I called and asked about an itemized quote, the woman very rudely said they don’t do itemized quotes. She said all I get is the total at the bottom. I did not appreciate her attitude. Asking for an itemized quote is pretty standard protocol. Apparently this company is so knee deep in business they don’t need mine.
