  Half of the power went out in my house so I called Mr Electric- Katy. Robert Vielma came, investigated the problem and fixed a faulty breaker switch in my main fuse box. Very good -professional service. I will certainly be keeping his card for any future work.

  I expect all you to get in a line to use this Excellent electrician. I would call on him in a heartbeat to perform any other work needed because he is confident in his job, he explains everything, he doesn’t mind you watching over his shoulder. He knows his codes and we were on the same page the whole time: do it right the first time and get everything up to code. I had damage occur and he addressed all my concerns, he examined in and outside the house. He did the testing to verify the status. I am so relieved because I have full power now and because he was thorough. His work was quality and the company made it easy to book an appointment. As I said, you might have to get in a line, but it will be well worth it! Ten stars out of ten stars. Outstanding work. I am grateful and will promote this fantastic electrician and the company. I also spoke with my insurance company and walked them through each item and the progression of the work. They sounded pleased and did not have much to question with the detail I was able to provide. I will be uploading pictures and additional supporting documentation. The electrician caught things and let me take pictures on the spot. He definitely caught things that he was able to correct and I was there shadowing him the whole time so I feel that much better being able to show my insurance co what we corrected and my commitment to proper, safe, long lasting repair/installations. It was the electrician’s idea to even start a video which is also great documentation. Thank you!!!!!!! Thank you for how wonderful you were to work with. Thank you for the hard work and your quality work.

  We experienced lightening damage and was referred to Mr. Electric by a "handy Man". They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Projected cost to repair was more than anticipated, but the technician was helpful in explaining the problems and options to minimize costs. I was happy with value received.
