  My wife and I ran into the owner st Home Depot. I don't remember how we got on the subject of generators, but I informed him I wanted to buy one. He told me to call their office and tell them that he recommended us. Otherwise it could take two weeks for an appointment. I called that day and we got an appointment the next day. An assessment was done of our house, a quote was given and i paid the down payment. The process to get the generator moved along, practically flawless. They were accommadating, professional, and helpful. After last winter I don't want to see my family suffer through that again.

  I had a technician come out to my place for some electrical work and to assess whether we needed to upgrade our panel. The first appointment was great. But then we book a day for them to come for an "all day" appointment for a panel upgrade and the first availability was 15 days later, and I pay UP FRONT for the work. I get a confirmation email that my appointment is booked. Then, no one shows up to do the job, and when I call West Houston apparently "my appointment wasn't booked correctly." I was initially upset because their next available date was 20 days later. However, the owner called me and apologized and moved things around to get someone out within the next few days, to ensure I didn't have to go to the back of the line. I really appreciate how he wanted to make things right for their mistake.

  Recently we had an electrical problem that I had tried to fix and was unable to, so we called West Houston Electric to help us out. Drew and his colleague showed up on time and ready to work. They were both friendly and professional, and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes(!). I am definitely a repeat customer!
