We are extremely pleased with all the work the tech, Chris Gibbons, has done for us. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was always on time, explained options and work needed and did a fantastic job. We will definitely recommend Mr. Electric and Chris.

I had an appointment on a Thursday that they no showed for then my Friday appointment they showed up as my business was closing and said they could not come back until Monday. This was very unprofessional to say the least and lacking in responsiveness and sticking to your word. They then told me I should find another electrician which was icing on the cake. If I were you I would do that from the start and save yourself the hassle too. Be blessed.

Thanks for your feedback, Lamont. After looking at all the logged information, including recorded phone calls, it seems you have a selective memory. The dispatcher left you a message on Thursday telling you the appointment was going to be rescheduled for Friday. When you finally called back, you admitted that you hadn't checked all your messages. That afternoon, our technician called you and apologized for being late, informing you he was on his way to the business. Once he arrived, he called you again to "check in" but the call went straight to your voicemail. Since the business was closing and no one seemed to know anything about lighting issues, the CSR called you with an update. When you demanded that we send the technician back out on Saturday (his day off and only for ER calls), we apologized and suggested that you find another company. We feel we made the right decision.
