  We hired Murphy Electric to prep the 240V lines, sub-panels, and 115V outlet we needed for the two mini-split systems we purchased. They also installed a whole-house surge breaker and provided some additional power options for the future. Rock (the owner) met me in person a week before the job to understand my requirements and make professional recommendations. His install team was skilled, meticulous, and consulted me throughout the job when a decision was required. Listening is something Murphy Electric does best and we hired them based on the outstanding work they did on our next door neighbor's home. We have a few more electrical needs and we will only use Murphy Electric for all future electrical work.

  We contacted Murphy Electric per a recommendation from a reliable source. We spoke to Rock and he said that he could replace our fluorescent under cabinet lighting to leds. They were prompt. No prices were quoted over the phone-not even the service call. The professional employee came with the units and we found out that they were going to be $180.00 each which was more than we thought they were worth. He however offered to keep our units in place and just change out the bulbs to led's. This was not a big job. We did need one replaced, so the employee waited until my husband got back from the hardware store to get the supplies. The tech installed it, and worked for a total of 30 minutes-he was at our home longer waiting to get the parts. He was polite and said that Rock would send out the bill-we were ready to pay him then. We received a bill for $270.00 to change 3 light bulbs and install one unit. We think this is way out of line. From now on, service calls and prices need to be disclosed prior to arrival. We knew no prices until we got the bill, and the bill wasn't itemized.

  Very punctual in arriving. Technician Will was very professional. Did a great job and we are totally satisfied. We will definitely use them again.
