  This company used us as a subcontractor and refuses to pay us what we are owed. They have been ignoring calls and voicemails and invoices sent. Don’t use a company like this because when they don’t pay their subs, you as the home owner are the next one on the hook.

  Dustin and Mike installed a shiplap ceiling in my outside entryway. They were professional and had a competitive rate. The entryway looks beautiful and above my expectations. I will definitely hire them for future work!

  We hired Sharp Development to install engineered wood flooring we had purchased. Old carpeting was removed and hardwood installed. Inexperienced laborers were left unsupervised much of the time. An excessive amount of adhesive was used and was tracked on the new flooring throughout the house. No floor prep was completed, no moisture test was performed, and no moisture barrier put down prior to installation. Over the next year black & white stains began appearing and the floor began buckling throughout the house. We contacted the owner, Pat Lewis and he said he would get back to us Over the course of 2 months we sent 5 messages, along with pictures and he has never responded. We were forced to contract another company to remove the 1200 square feet of ruined Maple flooring and install a new floor. We would never recommend this company- they use unskilled laborers and do NOT stand behind their work.
