  Fairly quick response to my phone message requesting service, appointment was set for a mutually agreed date/time. electrician, Gary, called when he was on his way over, came on time, resolved the issues. He was prompt, polite, & professional.

  Initially, I did not see Jim Nicodemus. He sent one of his excellent employees, Garry to my home. He was at my home every day for 4 days. He replaced my electrical panel, installed 2 outdoor lighting fixtures, 3 out door outlets, 3 ceiling fans, a Ring door bell, and replaced my outside photo cell. I must tell u, Garry was terrific! He was extremely knowledgeable about electrical matters. He was young but he assured me, he was experienced. By the time he was done explaining his electrical background, I felt safe him replacing my electrical panel and all the other issues that needed his electrical expertise. He was a true professional: on time, pleasant, helpful, perfectionist about his work and cleaned up after himself. He actually vacuumed my rug after putting up 3 ceiling fans. I can’t say enough good things about Garry!!! I said initially I did not see Jim. However, one afternoon, Garry had left for the day and I couldn’t close my electric garage door. I panicked. I quickly called the office and Jim answered. He said, I’ll be right over. He came within 20 minutes. To my relief, he recognized, it wasn’t plugged in. Boy, did I feel stupid. I would recommend Jim or Garry to anyone. There is one problem though. They are very busy . You will be lucky to get an early appointment or a return phone call. The first time, I called Jim’s secretary answered, she said he is booked solid for 3 months. I couldn’t believe my ears. About 6 months later, I called again. This time Jim answered and I got an appointment the very next day. I almost dropped the phone. However, you know what they say, “ anything good is worth waiting for.” This has been my wonderful experience with Nicodemus Electrical. Good Luck!!!
