  North American Solar was one of the best companies I’ve done business with. Jessica was awesome with getting the permits from the city. She kept me aware of any issues with the permit process. The install team was awesome too. They were very professional, prompt and were actually very quick with the installation. I had the panels installed at the beginning of the year and not a single issue has occurred. If you want awesome customer service from start to end then North American Solar is the company for you.

  Thanks for not showing up to the appt at 4:00pm. No call, no notice, no message ... nothing. Business must be good to be able to ignore possible new customers.
