  I hired 4 different people to find out why my outlets stopped working in my bedroom. All the light in my house worked except the six outlets in my bedroom. I was just about to pull my hair out when I prayed for a grandpa to come with the next company. And one did! A grandpa knows more than these new young guys. His name was Charlie and I want to say, "Thank you Charlie and Dawson". I know it took me a minute to make this review, but I have had COVID.

  I’ve used OneService twice now. Once to install an outdoor outlet to power a pool pump, and once to fix a clog issue that was causing my dishwasher not to drain. Both technicians were extremely professional, on-time, and explained the problems and what they would do to fix it. I’ve had a couple other companies give me outrageous quotes for electrical prior to OneService coming out; they actually listened to my needs and gave me the most cost-effective solution. Very pleased with my experience thus far.

  We are in the process of finishing off a room that is currently just framed out. Charlie & Dawson came and worked diligently, doing excellent work. We're very happy with the lighting, the outlet placement, and everything. They also ran lines for our AC unit (inside & outside) and installed a few new plugs in other locations of the house/garage. Charlie, especially, really knew what he was doing and walked us through any questionable situations. For example, the original plan for our outside unit was going to require removal of a bush (because of code), but we talked through it and he figured out a way for us to keep the bush and adjust the location slightly. We would use One Service Pros for our electrical work again and recommend them highly.
