  I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I called at 8 a.m. and they were on-site by 9:30 a.m. Checked it out in just a few minutes and had me a quote. I haven't had a lot of electric work done in the past but the price seemed reasonable for the work that needed done. The electrician was professional, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the extra time to explain things to me. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you so much!

  Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone. I had to leave two messages to get a return phone call. The guy that I talked to was less than enthusiastic about doing a small residential job but said he was going to call back in a couple days. I never heard back from anyone so I called again and left a message again. I have yet to hear back from anyone there.

  Thank you for your review. I apologize for not meeting your expectations. You may recall during our conversation that I informed you that our crews are actively engaged on commercial projects as you see detailed in this listing and photos. I told you that, if scheduling permitted, we would take on small residential work. I also said , if my personal schedule permitted, I was willing to help you correct the wiring situation that your handy man had created on the investment house you and your wife were preparing for market. My schedule did not permit this due to several emergency repairs caused by the extremes in weather in the time following our call. I failed to follow-up with you, for this I am truly sorry. I will work harder to prevent similar misunderstandings from happening in the future. I am not sure why you chose us, being from a city 20 miles away, instead of 1 of the 5 well established electrical contractors in your city, in close proximity, or one of the other 17 in close out-lying areas. I am happy that you made that selection, yet, sadly disappointed that we failed to meet your expectations. I hope to have the chance to regain favor. Thank you, again! I wish you and your wife success in your real estate investing future!
