  today is the 3rd time i’ve had issues with this company. i have called several times over the last few years and today is the first time i’ve ever even got someone to answer the phone. other times i have left multiple messages with no return call. today i was told he would most likely be out later to fix my issue. then no one called or showed up and left me without power. i called back to get a voicemail and asked to please let me know what was going on. that definitely didn’t happen. customers don’t come first to this place.
