  Very happy with the service. I received calls updating me on the diagnoses and on the progress. Work was done on time and at the quoted cost. The billing information was clear and contained pictures of repairs and worn parts, (a nice touch). When I picked up my vehicle I spoke to the tech who did the work. He was great. He fully and clearly explained all the work that he did on my vehicle and answered all my questions. He obviously cared about his job, which was working on my vehicle, and that left me with a good feeling about spending the money that I did, which was a significant amount.

  A bit of a slow start and a few minor communication issues but they finished very strong. They did everything they said they would do at they price they originally quoted. They also went above and beyond and fixed an electrical issue that I had been putting off. My repairs took a while because of shipping issues but they gave me a nice loaner car so I was not Inconvenienced. Overall a great job and I would definitely take my vehicle there again!

  Pretty fast turnaround time for how much parts and work my jeep needed. Steering and axel was a bit rough and they diagnosed it and gave me an estimate. Pretty pricey but nothing out of the usual. Emily at the front desk continued to keep me updated about the progress so that was a big plus.
