  These guys were GREAT! They installed recessed lighting for me. They came about 1 hour earlier than the scheduled appointment time (fine by me!). The installer was very nice and did a clean job. Nice and personable. Looking forward to having them back to install more recessed lighting in the rest of my house.

  Responded to a very serious electrical problem that included melting main power cables. Replaced breaker boxes, cables and more. The only company who immediately responded to the emergency call. The work was done punctually and professionally. The price was very fair. The team of two confident electricians, Doug and Dave, were thorough, polite and pleasant. Throughout, the company was very communicative by both text and e-mail. I’d certainly use them again.

  I needed a 30 amp circuit breaker replaced called on Monday and was scheduled for Wed afternoon but they called on Tuesday around 11am said they were in the neighborhood so, ok I’ll let them come. They were very nice work took about 10 min. I know they charge hourly that was fine but they charged me double what the breaker cost! I expect a little markup but double! I was a little disappointed. I’m sorry but from your reply I think you have me confused with someone else, I only wanted the one breaker! Before Doug left I did ask for an estimate on updating the box which he said he would email to me. I was never quoted 500 or charged 260 and I certainly NEVER refused to pay for anything!!! I was told it would be $127.50 an hour plus parts which I paid. my only problem was being charged $60. for a $28.95 part! I was, and still am planning on working with your company in the future . I think you have confused me with someone else

  Hi Kim Thanks for the feedback . We gave you a estimate for the RV receptacle installation of $525 . We never gave you a hourly cost for the installation . Then you wanted additional receptacle installation which we gave you flate rate for and you agree of $265 . You agreed then you allowed the technicians to perform the work and didnt want to pay for the additional work which was unfair but however. Thanks again for feedback and remember a flat rate . In addition there was 2 technician working on the project .
