After waiting for over 6 months for an installation that was rescheduled for First week of a November 2021, the company didn’t actually show up for installation until January 26,2021. They were not able to complete the work and told me they would be back the next day to complete what they didn’t finish. I received a text message from the company at around 7:00 am stating the technician is on there way and when I called to confirm they stated that a message was never sent. Now I am waiting for them to show up “ sometime by the end of the day “. This company has been nothing but a headache they are not reliable and the profesionalisim is lacking. This is how my backyard looks like after they have left the installation half way.

Reliable performed generator maintenance. They were kind, efficient and professional. I've been using them for years bc they have always been a great company. The technician today, David, was particularly great. A very nice guy and extremely professional. Told me all of the ways it would be recommended to update my generator without any pressure. Just eat explanations as to why they new battery every two years is recommended, etc.

So detail oriented and comprehensive. Explained everything. Came same day, and even found a part that was defective from the manufacture and replaced no charge. Very thorough. Quick and efficient. Came highly recommended from the generator manufacturer. There is a reason they have 4.9 stars out of 5. Signed a contract I was so impressed!
