  Pizano did an AMAZING job on so many areas of my complicated project; I'm not even sure where to start. I met with 3 different contractors to replace the knob & tube in my home, as well as install CAT6a Ethernet. Martin was the only one who really dug into the wiring during his bid. He took a look at everything that would need to be replaced, and he came up with a plan to do the least damage to the walls and ceilings. He was the only one to ask me questions, make suggestions and talk through options. He listened to my opinion, and rather than discouraging me from "doing it all," he tried to figure out how to do what I wanted in the best possible way. During the project, one of their electricians (Jordan) kept in touch to clarify questions, and just keep open communication. I felt like I could call or text him or Martin anytime. Pizano was the most expensive bid, but they were definitely the best option. The other contractors didn't want to do the beautiful wall sconces, discouraged me from upgrading the wiring to the ceiling lights, and for whatever reason wouldn't put "CAT6a" instead of CAT6 on their bids. I wouldn't have been able to install wall insulation, and I think I would've had a lot more damage if I hadn't gone with Pizano. I now have upgraded wiring, zero insulation fire hazards, and probably the fastest Ethernet on the block : ) Thank you, Pizano! You are the best.

  Thanks for the review April. Yours was a big project and we are glad we were able to meet your needs and get what you wanted done. Many contractors don't want to take the time to remove knob and tube wiring. Knob and tube wiring is illegal and a fire hazard when in contact with insulation per NEC electrical code requirements. It is possible to remove knob and tube with minimal damage by fishing the walls however it is time consuming. We try to accommodate our customers requests whenever possible (sometimes it's just not possible)!   Took the job right away, and restored in a few hours. I have an older home, with shady electrical upgrades, so it wasn't easy, but he got it done, and grave me suggestions for future repairs
