  Tried to inquire about fiber internet service. They literally ran a line over my house, into my back yard and to the service entrance to my home. They couldn't tell me how long of a wait I could expect for service, nor schedule me for a install date. Thats a poor excuse for anything resembling customer service and a garbage method of conducting "buisness"

  The electricity goes out all the time, and messes up all our electronics and appliances. They are pathetic. I have had them for only 4 months, and the electric has blasted off 7 times already.
