Individuals who answered my phone calls were awfully rude and snappy, which is completely uncalled for considering they are there to help. I had just called again after OVER FOURTY TO FIFTY MINUTES of waiting for my ETHRA transportation to arrive to take me home, I made clear I needed to get back to my county. The lady who picked up the phone this time sounded as if she was an unruly teenager. I will NEVER be using this service again until your staff is in check. Now an hour after waiting for my ride, still no showing. I might have to contact a known individual for help getting me home, which would just be more trouble and definitely a hassle.
