  Our experience with Raymond Caylor and his staff can't be beat. Everyone was friendly and efficient while installing our new heat pump. They had us up and running that same day. We would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

  Caylor Heating and Cooling installed a Mitsubishi mini-split unit in our home in the fall of 2020. We were told, by Caylor, that we wouldn't need a unit in our basement but they would install a large enough outdoor unit to accommodate another mini-split incase we decided we needed one. This spring we decided to have a unit installed in the basement. We called Caylor several times and after 6 months I was able to get them to come out and give us an estimate. They gave us an estimate but kept putting us off on the install. After waiting a month we called another company and find out the outdoor unit is maxed out and will not accommodate another mini-split. Now we have to have another outdoor unit installed for the basement. I believe Caylor knew they messed up and that's why they won't get back with us on the install. I would NOT recommend this company. If they were a reputable company they would admit their mistake and fix it.

  Hello Patricia, being honest with our customers is a top priority. We did come out to give you an estimate in September 2021. Your current system is not maxed out in capacity. The indoor head needed to match your current system was under national backorder with no lead time from Mitsubishi-Trane. We are not able to schedule install dates without equipment in hand. With this delay in mind we also quoted a separate Outdoor unit/Indoor head to condition the basement, this option we could have done within the same week. We appreciate your past business with us and hope we can help in the future.
