  We have been customers for a long time. Recently we needed a service call for our home generator. The tech advised he found the problem was a bad positive post to the battery. He attached a new post, not the entire cable, just the post! Then we rec’d the invoice...$300. We were stunned to say the least! The invoice stated a new cable was installed! I inspected the battery & only saw a new post...not the entire cable. My wife called & was told the tech did not install a new cable as stated on the invoice, only the post She was told the invoice was incorrect & should have been for the post only!. The service call was $165 which was no problem but $135 for a cable post???

  Terrible company. Claimed work was needed that I ultimately found out wasn't necessary. Acted as though they would do the work, but never produced an estimate and didn't return my calls; basically blew me off. The good news is that their lack of follow through saved me from having work done that wasn't needed.
