  Found this repair shop to be of good quality and integrity overall. The customers seemed very happy to be coming here, the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very comfortable and welcome. The prices were very fair, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I did have an issue, communication-wise, on what I needed done, when I had already confirmed the work to be done ahead of time. I ended up having to come back at a later date to resolve said issue, but I was fairly compensated for the time. It was an understandable issue as it was a slightly bizzare situation, not a normal run of the mill repair. I say all this with experience of 10 years as a mechanic and having been in the shop and behind the counter myself, that this shop is very well put together and worth investing your time/money. This is one of the good ones that legit take care of their customers. I honestly say i wish I had worked here vs the other 4 shops I have in the past.

  I absolutely had to leave a review after my visit this morning. My family has been traveling for several days and had another 8 hour drive in front of them, when I noticed a tire had been damaged the previous day. I went in search for a new tire as my spare was stuck and wouldn't drop down. The gentleman working the front desk (wish I had gotten his name) checked inventory and didn't have one in stock. He then checked to see how long it would take to get me in the shop for the mechanics to figure out why the spare wouldn't come out. When I explained that I would just have to figure something else out, he offered to look at it. Well, in about five minutes, he had fixed the issue and my spare tire was freed! He let me change my tire right there in the parking lot and then wouldn't let me leave without having the techs check all of my tires! I couldn't believe how friendly and professional everyone was! I wish I lived closer. This would be my shop for life! Thank you so much!!!

  Pugh's has been working on our cars for two or three years now. We trust them to do great work. On the rare occasion a mistake was made, they've immediately made good on it and apologized. We won't go to anyone else. They're the best in Lebanon.
