  Started with speaking to owner on phone to setup a time to get estimate, gave him my availability and he stated "that doesn't work well with his schedule." Called me later in the day and setup time for next morning. Comes out and as we are walking around, asks question about access under wrap around porch. When I gave him the answer, which he obviously wasn't listening, he continued to ask about the access. Told him more than once how to access under porch, but continued to ask how to access. At this point the estimate ended and he left the property.

  Electrician was on time and completed his work sooner than estimated. The charge for the work was less than quoted. Nice job.
